Veggie Chips: 2 Ways
Super easy, super tasty... this recipe video is great for a snack or for kids to make! These veggie chips are inspired by the farmer's market!
Here is what you will need to make these 2 fun veggie chip recipes: Senposai Chips (like Kale Chips)
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees while you wash 2-3 large leaves of Senposai (Japanese collard greens). Pat the greens dry, and tear them into large bite size pieces. For my tray, I tore about 20 pieces and laid them on a stoneware baking pan. Drizzle them and massage them with 1/2 teaspoon avocado oil. Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, garlic powder and any other seasonings you desire. Bake for 17-20 minutes! Enjoy!! Sweet Potato Wisps With a veggie peeler, peel about 2 cups of sweet potato "wisps" and toss lightly with 1/4 teaspoon avocado oil, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sea salt to taste. Arrange them on a stoneware baking sheet or unbleached parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 13-16 minutes until crispy. Enjoy!
