Creative Ways to Enjoy Collagen
What provides structural benefits and can be enjoyed in a smoothie?
You guessed it, collagen!
Collagen is an important component of cartilage and is one of the body's most abundant proteins! It is important for our joints, skin, hair, nails... and it may even provide support for the cell to cell junctions in our gut!
This all sounds great, but how can we enjoy it on a day to day basis? Gratefully, Nature's Sunshine offers a pure source of collagen peptides that can creatively be enjoyed in the following foods: soup, hot beverages, smoothies, chia pudding and even hummus!
Here is a link to my online store to learn more about collagen and even try some for yourself!
