Cucumber Mint Smoothie
1serving
8-10 ounces filtered water
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup organic cucumber
1/8 ripe avocado, pit removed and peeled
1 teaspoon Liquid Chlorophyll ES™
2 scoops IN.FORM™ Metabolic Age Support- No Sugar Added protein powder
8-10 drops liquid stevia, to taste, optional
8 fresh mint leaves, optional
1 cup frozen fresh kale, optional
Directions:
1) Pour water into blender along with ice cubes, cucumber, avocado, chlorophyll and protein powder. If desired, add stevia, mint leaves and kale.
2) Blend on high or on smoothie option until smooth and creamy.
Tip: If you want a thicker, spoon-able consistency, use 6-8 ounces of liquid.
